Costs
At Hangleton School, we like the children to enjoy all aspects of their topic work and become totally involved in different experiences which enhance the topic. These experiences often take the form of a visit away from school or a workshop that comes in for a Theme Day. These inevitably cost money and school budgets do not allow us the luxury of paying for these trips ourselves. Therefore we have to ask for voluntary contributions from you and with this in mind, we have indicated below the costs of these educational visits last year academic year 2013/14. If sufficient funds are not received we will have to cancel events.
The prices given are the ones asked for last year and whilst we cannot predict the costs this year, they will give you an idea of the contributions requested that should help you budgeting for these experiences.
We would particularly like to thank the the PTFA for subsidising the cost of reception, year 1 and year 2 trips, and some of the years 3 - 6 trips.
